- We have a first meeting free of charge to get to know each other and to discuss the expectaions. It can take place in person at your or my place (Aljezur, Portugal). Or online via Zoom or Skype. In English or in German.
- Afterwards we will plan our joint co-operation individually for you and according to your topics and needs. I’ll setup an individual solution for you. Tailored to your life and needs.

About me
I am Anja, 39, your Empowerment & Business Coach. I grew up in a little town in Bavaria, Germany. I have an MBA and for 15 years I worked as a project manager and business consultant mostly for big corporations like Sony, BMW, Lufthansa and Media Markt. I’m passionate about managing complex projects and challenges as well as doing strategic consulting in the area of communication, service development and digital transformation. I used my empathy and communication skills to focus on team building, interpersonal communication and mentoring.
Simplicity and going back to basics became huge values in my life. 5 years ago, I got self-employed and founded my own agency and specialised on sustainability consultancy and helped sustainable start-ups with their businesses. I also supported non-profit organizations and organised events to educate about plant-based and zero waste living. Being a social entrepreuenr opened up values I was longing for. More freedom, more flexibilty, more independency. But also trust in myself and my talents.
Grewn up with less self-esteem and self-love, a 15-year story of eating disorders and depression, I always was a seeker. Seeking for the meaning in life and a feeling of unity and wholeness. I was disconnected from my body and my intuition and didn’t know at all, what I really want. On my healing journey I learnt about intuitive eating and movement, meditation, creative expression and playfulness. My spiritual path accompanied psychedelic experiences and ISTA trainings, which helped me to feel oneness, to reconnect with my body and experience aliveness and joy. Complementary I trained tools of awareness training and self-development and learnt to admit and express my feelings.
Since autumn 2020 I live in Aljezur, Portugal and my lifelong dream of living abroad in nature and close to the ocean came true. My life is now about experiencing of truly being alive, expressing myself and trusting my intuition and path.
My aim is to create a space, where unconditional love is spread, you can flourish and grow, you feel save and inspired. To empower people, to express themselves, to reconnect them with their body and intuition in order to live their fullest potential. Creation will happen through joy.
